We offer full refunds only for items that arrive with actual damage, a clear defect, or if the incorrect item was received.
To qualify as damaged or defective, the item must have a visible issue that affects the product’s wearability or use, such as a tear, hole, incorrect item, or major manufacturing defect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll gladly provide either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We offer one-time size exchanges to help you get the best fit.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you exchange your item for a different size. To qualify, the original clothing must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
A small size exchange shipping fee applies to help cover the cost of sending your replacement size:

2-4 items: $9.99
5+ Items: $12.99
If your order is lost, stolen, or not delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or marked delivery date so we can help.
We do not issue refunds for lost, stolen, or missing packages. However, we’re happy to offer a one-time free replacement so you can still receive your items.
Before a replacement is sent, we may ask you to check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, mailroom, or building office. Packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they arrive or placed in a nearby location.
Once confirmed, we’ll process your replacement at no additional cost.
